In the late 1980s, the Rouget’s looked for a drier, more reliable atmosphere for their fruits. They looked north over the Great Divide, where the atmosphere was drier. In 1988 they acquired land in the northern Victorian town, Yarck.The homestead is encompassed by local bushland, home to numerous koalas. Different farms took after and in the year 2000, a noteworthy migration of the business started, coming full circle in the movement of the pressing shed to Yarck.

The farm covers 11 ha of land with plantations of damask roses, olives and lemon myrtle. A family business that has been working for as long as 3 years. With this year being our first energising year of offering our wonderful products.
